Our mission at Pace of Me Coaching has always been at the forefront of all that we do – to help runners of all abilities pursue their potential through holistic, science-backed coaching that goes beyond the miles.
No matter what your goals are, where your fitness is or how much experience you have, we would love to work with you and be a part of your running journey! We work with athletes at every stage of their running lives, helping them achieve and discover all sorts of amazing things with their running. Whether it’s one mile or 100 miles or anything in between, for completion or for competition, there is no goal too small, too wild, or too big in our book.
As we continue to evolve and expand what we do and how we do it, we’ve made additions to our offerings to best meet athletes where they are while staying true to our values. We now offer 1:1 Coaching, Monthly Strength Training Subscriptions, and our most recent addition – Custom Training Plans!

Pace of Me Custom Training Plans are a great option for runners who do not require regular communication, adjustments or feedback from a coach and who are very self-sufficient and intrinsically motivated. Custom training plans are just that – PLANS that take your life, running goals and history into consideration, however they are not direct 1:1 coaching. They are static roadmaps created with expertise, thought and consideration, but are not meant to grow and change with you in real time the way 1:1 coaching does.

We use the V.02 training software for programming workouts for our athletes.
These custom training plans can be an early introduction into what 1:1 coaching with Pace of Me Coaching would look like with the V.02 platform. You’ll get to familiarize yourself with the features of the app and the notes section under each run. The biggest difference is the level of communication between you and your coach. If you are interested in learning more about 1:1 coaching, check out this blog post! Custom Training Plans can also can make great gifts for the runner in your life! We will send the questionnaire and hold the Zoom call with the recipient of your gift before getting started, so we can cater the plan towards their running goals and/or races.

How Custom Training Plans Work
Our Custom Training Plans are completely personalized to the athlete. After selecting and purchasing your plan, we will email you a detailed questionnaire to complete which will capture everything we need to create a plan for you, including information about your experience, schedule, goals, injury history and more. At this point, if you have a preference you can select the coach you would like to write your plan for you. Once we have this back from you, we get to work! Your coach will reach out to you within 24 hours of receiving your questionnaire to introduce herself. She will send you an invitation to the training platform we use, V.02, and will upload your completed plan there within 5 days. She will also send you a PDF Coaching Resource Guide with all the information you’ll need to get started and follow your plan, including a pre run warm up, guidelines on nutrition, tips for recovery, etc. Before you begin, you and your coach will schedule a call to go over everything together!

Our Custom Training Plan athletes become part of our Pace of Me Community for the duration of their training.
What’s Included and What Add-Ons Do We Offer
When you purchase a Custom training plan (8, 12, 16, 18 or 20 weeks in duration), you will receive your training plan in the V.02 app. You will also receive a 30 minute call with your coach after you receive your plan to go over it, talk through things and ask questions. You’ll also receive a PDF Pace of Me Coaching Resource Guide. This includes a pre-run warm up routine, tips and guidelines for injury management and prevention, running form, nutrition, recovery, strength training, effort, execution and more! In addition, you can purchase a 30 minute ($45) or 60 minute ($85) Coaching Call with your coach at any point throughout your training block. This is a great option if you are interested in a pre-race chat before your race! If you are wanting a strength option to complement your run training, you can add a Pace of Me Strength Training monthly subscription via SuperSet ($50/month).
