Whether you’re new to structured speed work or ready to level up (and switch things up!), these plans blend purposeful progression with the heart-forward coaching style Pace of Me Coaching is known for.

Each plan includes thoughtfully sequenced workouts, clear pacing guidelines, and a balance of strength, mobility and recovery to support your whole self – not just your mile time. The Beginner Plan builds confidence and foundational speed through accessible intervals and steady growth, while the Intermediate Plan challenges more experienced runners with more advanced workouts, race-specific sharpening and strategic pacing.

Perfect for runners just getting started, chasing a fast time, returning to speed or simply wanting to switch things up and feel fast and alive in their running, these plans help you meet yourself with consistency, courage and joy – one week and one mile at a time!

How it works:

After you submit your order, your selected plan will be emailed to you in PDF format, easily downloaded or printed!

What’s Included:

  • 8-Week Training Progressions. Clear, intentional roadmaps from week one, day one to race day.
  • Beginner and Intermediate Levels: You choose the plan that’s right for you and meets you where you are. Beginners start at 8-9 miles per week and peak at 15-20 with 3-4 days of running per week and a long run that begins with 3 miles in week one and peaks with 6-7 miles in week 6. Intermediate runners start at 22-25 miles per week and peak between 28-32, with 5 days of running per week and a long run that begins at 6-7 miles and peaks at 8-9.
  • Structured Speed Work: Intervals, tempo efforts and race-specific sessions are included in both plans.
  • Strength + Mobility Guidance: Recommended routines provided to support your body for faster, healthier running.
  • Coaching Notes + Reminders: Tips on fueling, hydration and recovery to help guide you in your journey.
