Thank you so much for your interest in my Coaching Services!

I am so proud to be a coach for various training programs at Potomac River Running.  This winter you can find me assisting with the Distance Training Program and also head coaching the Nike Women's Half Marathon training program.  There are so many programs available for runners at all levels and paces and I highly encourage you to check them out.  I cannot say enough about how awesome these programs are and how lucky people in the DC area are to have such a stellar group of coaches and runners to share their journey with!  You can find a full explanation of all the training programs and also registration info by clicking HERE.



In addition, I am currently accepting new clients on an individual basis and would love to work with you!  Whether you are local to the DC area or live somewhere else, I can help you accomplish your running goals.  Below is an explanation of the services I provide and how I can help you.

** Customized Training Plans **
Every runner is different and there is no one training plan that works for all of us.  If you are looking for a training plan for a specific race and you are comfortable making the necessary adjustments as your training progresses, I will develop a program that is geared towards your personal goals and unique lifestyle - designed specifically for you.  The price for a training plan includes a consultation to understand your current fitness level, health/injury history, and your running goals.  I will put the plan together for you, review it with you over the phone and then it is up to you to follow it through.

12 week training plan – $150
16 week training plan – $175
20 week training plan - $200

**e-Coaching**
If you are looking for more assistance, guidance, accountability and support with your personal training plan with regular communication with your coach, then my e-coaching services are for you.  I will create a custom training program for you as above, and in addition to that we will have regular,  ongoing communication (via phone, email, text etc) as your training progresses.  I will adjust and "tweak" the plan as necessary based on how you are responding to the training and am always available for advice, guidance and support.

12 weeks – $400
16 weeks – $500
20 weeks - $600

**Private Sessions**
For my clients living in the DC area, I have found that one-on-one in person sessions are sometimes quite valuable.  For $75/hour we can get together at a mutually convenient time to do the following:
  • a track workout for speed work guidance and support
  • long run in which I run with you, at your pace and we discuss whatever is on your mind - racing prep, strategies and tips, hydration and nutrition, recovery, core training -- it is up to you.
  • a private Pilates session in which we go over specific strengthening and flexibility exercises based on your body's imbalances and areas of weakness
No matter what coaching service you choose, I will do my absolute best to help you reach your goals!  I am always available to answer any questions you have and will be here to give you whatever support you need.  I would be honored and excited to be a part of your running journey!
